[Biojava-dev] Lazy BioSQL ontology loading?

I just committed the changes to make ontology loading lazy. the
__biojava_guano ontology is loaded immediately.

My BioSQL apps now run happily again. It'd be nice if people who use
Ontologies with BioSQL could give it a quick run.
