[Biojava-dev] exon primer design

Dear Sir,

Could you tell me any exon primer design program that can process 
gene sequences in batch mode?

I hope to design both primer on the same exon and I have 250 gene 
sequences that need to be process. I think primer3 didn't consider 
about exon information. So I need the proper program or web database. 
Do you have any comment?
