[Biojava-dev] JDK 1.4.1 now available for OS X

Hi -

Along these lines, I think I was one of the only developers who still
tried to build to java 1.3.1 I have recently moved all my JVMs to 1.4.1.
In the past I used to spot a couple of non java1.3.1 things per week.
These where minor things which where caused by, for example, new methods
being added to StringBuffer in 1.4.

Is anyone still building to 1.3.1 and spotting these minor things? If
not we should probably not advertise ourselves as being 1.3 compatible
any longer.
