[Biojava-dev] BioSQL updates

I've just checked in an updated set of biosql classes which are 
compatible with the post-Singapore version of the schema.  All my tests 
for adding, deleting and filtering sequences appear to work fine with 
MySQL-4.0.12 / innodb tables.  Let me know if anyone experiences any 
problems.
