[Biojava-dev] FeatureTypes

Probably best to depricate it first with a note about the prefered way
of doing things and remove all code that calls it. If no one complains
for a while then I suppose nuke it in 1.4 (You won't be able to on 1.3
as it doesn't have the Ontology API).
