[Biojava-dev] Annotating sequences from GFF records.

Hi,

Since the GFFRecords can contain extra attribute information, I
thought that it would be nice if these were available in the generated
Annotations (well, actually, I needed it for some work I was
doing). What do y'all think? I also fixed a couple of deprecation
warnings.
