[Biojava-dev] Alphabet serialization

Hi -

I have added serialization support for the IntegerAlphabet
IntegerAlphabet.SubIntegerAlphabet and DoubleAlphabet classes. I have
also added a junit test for serialization of alphabets that checks
canonical behaivour and (where appropriate) tokenization. This test
covers custom alphabets and compound alphabets.
