I noticed that the sequenceDBInstallation interface has no methods for adding sequenceDBs. This leads to having to cast the SequenceDBInstallation object to SimpleSequenceDBInstallation. Is there a reason for this? I would fix this but I dont yet have a CVS account so if someone else tweaks the code just let me know. Doug
