[Biojava-dev] search changes rolled back

I've unstringified the search results interface (so that it uses
SequenceDB and SymbolList) and changed implementations back so that
the tests pass.

A few changes have been kept - these are improvements to a couple of
unhelpful method names in the SearchContentHandler which I had
negative feedback about (from the "public", not on this
list). However, these are cosmetic and just make to things clearer to
users. I've tweaked the code in demos correspondingly and made a
successful test run.
