[Biojava-dev] SimpleThreadPool priority change

I've hit this before in 1.3* - you can try explicitly
calling the methods with class specifiers e.g.
this.getParent() and OuterClass.this.getParent() -
this /sometimes/ convinces the bad compiler code in
1.3 to do the right thing.

ps it sounds mad, but try changing the accessibility
of your inner-class constructor
