[Biocorba-l] BSANE and bioCORBA Spec

I wonder is the open-bio too sql specific? How people feel about 
discussing fist on conceptual level using UML and the going to detailed 
implementation issues (to sql, xml and idl...)? I belive that people are 
reiterating same things all over again in the platform specific 
groups... I understand that that there are pressures to go other way 
round though
