Hi,
I have done some documentation about the latest version. It is in:
http://industry.ebi.ac.uk/BSANE. Hope it is readable can be used 
as a starting  material for the BoF. I keep on improving it.

I have also tested pre versions of idls by implementing the EMBL wrapper, using
Alan's code. Worked fine with Java but not with perl! I was not even able
to load IDLs. The problem was recursive SeqFeatureLocation struct. I made bug
report of it.

Have to update/improve the code and do more tests
