I know ORBacus 4 (free for non-commercial use) has a C++ valuetype
implementation. I intend to look at that in the near future, if I have
time.

TAO 1.1.8 (open source) also seems to support a C++ binding to
valuetypes, although it is incomplete.

MICO 2.2.7 also seems to supports a C++ binding for valuetypes. I couldn't
find detailed info.

I haven't seen any other freely available implementations, and certainly
none for a language besides C++ or Java.

I was, however, at ISMB, speculating on a wrapper server which accepted
some kind of struct in the one end and called a BSA server with a
valuetype on the other end. Does this sound feasible?
