[Biobiz] issue concerning biobiz mailing list

We just got a cheezy letter from someone who has a trademark on the term 
'biobiz' for use in the EU.

They don't seem to like the name of our biobiz at open-bio.org mailing list.

Are people finding this list still useful? Should I just rename it or 
something?

I'm not going to do anything just yet. Just trying to plan for a 
contingency if they come back at us with some sort of proof that the use 
of an EU trademark in an email address for a server hosted in the US is 
somehow illegal.
