He he, that is the apporach we chose for our GFD (generic feature
database) because we realised we wanted a big repository of data, and
things were locations, sequences,etc. at the same time...

On top of that if we need semntic specialisation or extra fluff we will
have little satellite tables (if we need them) which will also neatly
convert into simple web views ideally.

So far we just hacked the schema, and partts of the code, it's all in our
own CVS reposiotry, maye soonish we should just describe it on the list?
