Bizarrely, i would prefer the "straightforward" N-level (assembly is a
bioentry to bioentry link with coordinates) over Chris' proposal althouigh
chris' proposal is cool and funky, I think the simpler we can keep the
schema the better.


Also I'd like to keep mysql as an option...


happy to be overruled...
