[MOBY-l] combining SADI services with BioMoby services in a Taverna workflow

To go into Moby services, you have to put "moby object" widgets into the
workflow and then fill them with the output from the SADI service (the
SADI widgets are "smart" and will automatically unpack themselves
correctly).

To go from Moby into SADI, you will have to add a parser for whatever
output object you have (comes from a right-click on the output node in the
"examine service" context menu). The parser will unpack the Moby object
into raw text, which can be fed to whatever slot you need on the SADI
widget.

Hope that helps!
