[MOBY-l] Local BioMOBY Central - Ontology test fails

Hi Karthik,

I don't think you will be able to test the OntologyServer at mobycentral  
independently of all other calls going to mobycentral also, so if you have  
only changed the MOBY_ONTOLOGYSERVER environment variable, leaving the  
other ones at localhost, you will expect at least some of the errors you  
report below.
