[MOBY-l] Taverna and plant sciences, any examples?

Hi guys,

I'm posting this to the moby list as I've noticed a preponderance of 
plant science services and tools (at least in the early days of the 
project). I'm giving a talk at Rothamsted Research on Taverna in 
september and would like to show some examples of higher level 
bioinformatics (organism, ecology etc), so I thought I'd ask if anyone 
had such a thing?
