[MOBY-l] New "Cool Tools" links

Hi all, 

I've added Eddie Kawas' and Ambrose Ng's tools to the "Cool Tools" page
for MOBY-S.  These are GUI's that assist in the creation of new
MOBY-related resources including Objects, Service types, Namespaces and
Service Instance registration.

Have fun!  Please report any bugs to this list.
