I don't see any difference in the namespace portion of these two
records.  Just to be sure I am understanding you - you want to use the
IND namespace with *exactly* the same semantic meaning as it currently
has in GO, correct?  If so, then please go ahead.  I was planning to
re-parse the GO xref abbs document into MOBY sometime soon anyway, but
it you need that one right away feel free to register it... so long as
you are not trying to change its intended meaning v.v. what IND means in
the GO xref_abbs - otherwise you will get clobbered next time I parse
the file!

We have been given permission by the GO consortium to take over the
curation of this list in any case.  I just need to find time to build
the tools that will output our database in the GO_xref_abbs file format
so that we don't bugger up the GO people when we do so!  hopefully in a
week or two I'll have done that... hopefully...
