[MOBY-l] Policy on the use of prefix 'moby'?

Another candidate is Parameter (the wrapper for secondary input values 
to service calls).  Both MAGE-ML and BSML have Parameter tags, and 
neither qualifies their elements by default.  To make matters worse, 
many languages don't have a namespace floating around anywhere, so you 
have to make one up if you want to fix them.  I'm trying to do this for 
our own parsing purposes, and would like to encourage others to use the 
same URIs.  I've started this at http://www.bioxml.info, though it's 
rough right now.  Other language submissions would be appreciated!
