[MOBY-l] more documentation added

Hi all,

I've added/updated a lot of the MOBY documentation in light of the 
number of new MOBYers who have arrived in the past couple of weeks. 
 There is a "where do I begin" link on the main page, as well as a 
cut-n-paste example of a functioning service in the CVS - simply copy 
the moby-live/Example_Code/ExampleService/MOBY  folder into your cgi-bin 
folder, copy/paste and run the provided code to register that service, 
then test it using one of the various client programs available... 
couldn't be easier!  Your first service in 60 seconds or your money back ;-)
