[MOBY-l] Installing MOBY Central instructions

I've just uploaded a first-attempt at an instruction manual for
installation of local MOBY-Central registries.  It is written based on
my experience setting things up from absolute zero on the CBR server.
Teh document is linked-to from the side bar on the project homepage.

Any of you who are planning to do this (Richard, Jason, Brian(?)) please
let me know if these instructions are adequate, and make
additions/modifications as you see fit.

I'm writing up the "MOBY Services" equivalent document now.
