Log Message:
added ability to clobber namespace entries in the Central API.  Added several new object definitions and have already loaded them into the database.  Their relationships are based on Lukas' moby_classes.txt file.  It should now be possible to build real MOBY services that do sequence retrieval based on Genbank or EMBL accession numbers, sinceall the required information is in the database:  Service type Retrieve, Object type Sequence or VirtualSequence, Namespace genbankAccession or EMBLAccession.
