fixed several SQL errors.  MOBY Central now appears to function correctly.  It does NOT return WSDL files yet, as that was just too much for this week.  It does, however, return a list of all information about the service requested when you do a search, which is almost as good :-)  The only function not yet implemented is the registration of a service based on a WSDL document as input.  I will start the registry on our public server over the weekend and you can all play with it.  Now what we need are OBJECTS
