changes to allow setting of the background color on the smoby-dclient.properties
file, this is to be able to easily tell the difference between various
discovery client installations

also, made some changes to the client and devclient in the cdk,
created a super class called ClientServlet that devclient now extends and
other clients should extend to provide a client functionality,
amoun other things, this class has methods to do HTTP GETs and POSTs
