[MOBY-dev] Public CVS problems

Hi Mark,

I'm still getting:

	cvs [login aborted]: connect to [cvs.open-bio.org]:2401 failed:  
Connection timed out

If Martin has the same problem, maybe it's a transatlantic glitch...
