[MOBY-dev] jMoby - version 1.1.0 deployed to Maven

Hi Jose Maria,

The version used by the taverna-biomoby plugin contains some extra classes.
Once these classes are available in the org.biomoby maven group, the
biomoby.org maven group will be wound down and the plugin will utilize the
official org.biomoby maven group.

	I have realized that there are two sets of jMoby artifacts. The
first one 
(biomoby.org maven group) is the used by taverna-biomoby plugin, meanwhile
the 
second one (org.biomoby maven group) is the officially provided by you.

	So, which are the differences between them? The first one is already
in 
version 1.2, while the second one has just reached version 1.1.0.
