[MOBY-dev] Problem with MobyNamespace.getNamespace

Hi Andreas,

I've updated MobyNamespace to use Eddie's new caching mechanism, and it 
seems to work again.  You'll ned to do a CVS update for the whole the 
moby-live/Java/src/main directory. Please let me know if you have any 
more trouble.  I will be updating MobyDataType and MobyServiceType 
similarly.
