[MOBY-dev] IO::Template missing for MOSES::MOBY

Ok, thanks!

Somehow CPAN doesn't mangage to figure out the dependancy... and I  
don't find IO::Template in there either. Shouldn't the requirement be  
Template instead of IO::Template?
