[MOBY-dev] Is anyone else having problems reaching Moby Central?

Hi all,

Sebastien is not able to connect to Moby Central from France.  I am able  
to connect from various machines in Canada and the US, so it doesn't seem  
to be a local problem. Is anyone else having problems?
