[MOBY-dev] What with the mobyoch be?

Any preferences on what the starting timestamp should be for all MOBY
entities when I update the database?  The "mobyoch" :-)

we should make it something creative, since it will have a great deal of
legacy (e.g. the "Object" object will probably never get edited...)
