Hi, Mobycentral has had its object ontology updated, i.e. there no longer exists data types that inherit from primitives. Moreover, if you are interested in updating your ontology, download the migration 'script' from http://bioinfo.icapture.ubc.ca/ekawas/migration/migration.ta r.gz and follow the directions inside the archive.
