[MOBY-dev] Perl function for object tree

Hi Mark and Edward, and thank you to both,

If it is not too work and bother, it would be very useful for showing the
Biomoby ontology. We are now building CGIs showing object and service
ontology and if there are modules which help in this subject, it is always
good not repeat previously-done and as I can see good work.

yeah.. but no guarantees that it works - I haven't looked at that code 
in almost two years!  I abandoned wxPerl because it was desperately 
under-documented at the time (yes, I know... people in glass houses...)

If anyone needs it, I could update my GO_Browser.pm widget (part of 
BioPerl) so that it presents the ISA part of the Moby object/service 
hierarchy.  It uses Tk Perl, and would only take a couple of minutes to 
modify... it also allows programmable call-backs on mouse events that 
take place on the tree nodes (clicks, double-clicks, mouseovers, etc).

If there is a need for this, please say so.
