Hi Eddie,

I found another interesting example. In this case I didn't loose any  
child elements, but they got appended to the wrong parent element ???

TropGENE_ACESSION
     TropGENE_LOCUS
         TropGENE_ALLELE
         TropGENE_LINKAGE_GROUP
             TropGENE_MAP_POSITION

If I use the object above I get as input for a service:

TropGENE_ACESSION
     TropGENE_LOCUS
         TropGENE_ALLELE
             TropGENE_MAP_POSITION
         TropGENE_LINKAGE_GROUP

Hence, the TropGENE_MAP_POSITION is appended to the wrong child. The  
intermediate output of the processor that creates  
TropGENE_LINKAGE_GROUP seems to be fine, but when  
TropGENE_LINKAGE_GROUP is appended to TropGENE_LOCUS, the  
TropGENE_MAP_POSITION element jumps from the TropGENE_LINKAGE_GROUP  
to the TropGENE_ALLELE element...
