Indeed!  It was more of a work of art than an RFC :-)  They have really
set the bar for the rest of us...

Unfortunately not :-(  I'm looking for something to use as an
alternative, but coming up empty.  I wonder if Simon's Wordpress could
do something in this regard?  TWiki has templates, and I suspect
Wordpress has something similar...

I think we know who those people are, for the most part, but I think it
would be good to open up the floor for volunteers with the caveat that
there *will be an expectation* of a ~significant time commitment from
those who volunteer, and with a one-year tenure (so that people don't
join just to get their favorite feature through the process and then
disappear again).  This should sufficiently self-regulate the membership
that it wont get unwieldy, and selects those who are both committed, and
knowledgeable.
