Two new methods were added to the Central.java interface:
   * getResourceRefs() returns a list of URLs of available resources of a
BioMoby registry (a "resource" is an RDF document describing registered
entities), and
   * getResource() returns contents of a particular resource

The implementation (in CentralImpl.java) seems to work now - but it may be
slightly changed later when Mark adds possibility to fetch resources also
in a compressed form.

The new methods are also reflected in the main jMoby command line client -
type 'build/run/run-cmdline-client -help'.

I have also updated the 'Acknowledgements' section in the main jMoby page
(http://www.biomoby.org/moby-live/Java/docs/index.html). Please feel free
to add there your own funding sources.
