Hi Jas, 

thanks for picking up this thread - my email was down all morning so I
didn't have a chance to respond myself.

I'd really like to start using Xerces as soon as possible, not only
because of namespaces, but also i believe it validates against XSD,
which would be useful at the end of the day...

Anything that moves us toward that day would be welcome!
