<div dir="ltr">Hello,<br><br>here is my blog post for the 10th and 11th week: <a href="http://biohaskell.org/GSoC_blog/Weeks_10and11">http://biohaskell.org/GSoC_blog/Weeks_10and11</a><br><br>During the last week, Judy arrays were included in the code. Using Judy arrays, the running time of the program decreased from 1704.68 seconds to 724.29 seconds in total. The space consumption decreased from around 34 GB to around 30 GB.<br>
