<div dir="ltr">Hello,<br><br>here is my blog post for the 9th coding week: <a href="http://biohaskell.org/GSoC_blog/Weeks_8and9">http://biohaskell.org/GSoC_blog/Weeks_8and9</a> .<br>During the last week I changed some parts of code back to lists, since cons operations are faster for lists than for vectors. Now, the profiling statistics show that the current version of the code is slightly faster than the original version, even though there is still some more memory needed.<br>
