[EMBOSS] fasta single-line sequence format?

Hi Peter,

there are already some formats with a similar function - one with new lines and one with no new lines:
mega and meganon or nexus and nexusnon.
So according to this convention, I would suggest as name for the new fasta format fastanon.

Kind regards,
David.

As to the format name .... a name beginning 'fasta-' would be easiest to
document. For FASTQ we used fastq, fastq-sanger, fastq-solexa, and so on.
