[EMBOSS] Jemboss patch on the EMBOSS ftp server

Hi Alan,

I downloaded and applied the patch file.  Building EMBOSS fails.  I
looked into it more and it looks like there are some new additional
files in jemboss, specifically in org/emboss/jemboss/gui/form.  The
patch file only mentioned that the file is new but it doesn't contain
the contents of the file.  

Are the new files in the EMBOSS-4.0.0.tar.gz file or just available from
the jemboss-08112006.jar file?

files to find out how to apply the fix. The patch-1-19.gz file in the
patches directory will, of course, apply all fixes to date when used
with a fresh download of EMBOSS-4.0.0.tar.gz.
