[DAS2] updated writeback spec

Hi Andrew,

During the last code sprint I used the DAS/2 validation tool you wrote 
to help debug the das.biopackages.net server.  It was very helpful!! 
Has it been updated to the current spec (v 1.33 2006/04/27 on the 
website).  What is the URL?
