[DAS] maxbins in DAS1.6?

Ah, sorry, I was looking at:

But that's obviously out of date now, so I'll update my bookmarks.  Also, I
note that maxbins is now in the capabilities header, which I guess offers a
possible solution to my question about which datasources need to be
re-queried after zooming.
