I'm reading this old thread

And wondering if there has been any action in this regard

I just worked around the issue with:

> psql bioseqdb < <(echo " set default_with_oids = 1;" & cat
sql/biosqldb-pg.sql)

But am wondering if there is something newer afoot I should know
about....
