[BioSQL-l] biosql-ERD - biodatabase table

Greetings --

Does the biodatabase table intend to make virtual databases available inside a single mySQL database? In other words, if I have 500 sequences loaded into my mySQL database "VIRUS", does the biodatabase table intend to organize my 500 sequences into an arbitrary number of "databases" that I name? 

Or does it serve another purpose?
