Another thing to consider is multiple targets. Biogem is one target
and could be in a tree with erb templates:

./templates/ruby/biogem/... (nroot)

At nroot the files basically get copied and filled in to a new git
repo.

This means we could target different Ruby gems, but also other
languages, RoR etc. with ease. All it does is copy files and fill in
certain fields and prepare for a gem release.
