[BioRuby] Google Summer of Code project ideas

Hi all,
I updated http://bioruby.open-bio.org/wiki/Google_Summer_of_Code starting
from this thread, fell free to modify (title?) fill, add text and other
projects as well.
By Feb 24 we must have our proposals ready to go.
