[BioRuby] google summer of code

The latest is that Hilmar is going to organise a Bio* initiative for
the combined Bio* languages under the OBF! That is good news, it means
we have a high chance of getting a Bio* Google of Summer Code project
with one or more slots for BioRuby initiatives.

The SoC is about coding - not documentation. And the project has to be
interesting from a coding point of view. Real impact helps too.
